1. What we collect
We collect only the personal information we need to run our facility and serve you:
- Bookings & memberships (via CourtReserve): your name, email, phone number, booking history, and membership details.
- Camp & program registrations: the participant’s name and age, plus the parent/guardian’s name, email, phone number, and address.
- Contact inquiries: whatever you include when you call, text, email, or message us (e.g. via agilitysports.ca or Facebook Marketplace).
- Payments: processed securely through CourtReserve/Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
2. How we use it
- To manage court bookings, memberships, and programs.
- To confirm, remind, or reschedule your bookings (by email, text, or phone).
- To send occasional updates about programs and offers — only where you’ve agreed to receive them.
- To keep our facility safe and our records accurate.
3. Consent
By booking with us, registering for a program, or giving us your contact details, you consent to the uses described here. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing info@agilitysports.ca.
4. Children’s information
Camp registrations involve children. We collect a child’s name and age solely to run the camp program, and a parent/guardian’s contact details for safety and communication. We do not use children’s information for marketing.
4A. Photos and videos on social media
We may take photos or videos at our facility during sessions, programs, and events, and publish them on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), our website, or other marketing materials to showcase the Agility Sports community. By using our facility or attending our programs, you agree to this. If you (or your child) prefer not to appear in our photos or videos, just let our staff know or email info@agilitysports.ca — we’ll make sure you’re not featured, and we’ll remove any published photo or video of you on request.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate (e.g. CourtReserve for bookings/memberships, Stripe for payments), who handle it under their own privacy policies and security practices.
- Authorities if required by law.
6. Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above (e.g. booking records, tax requirements), then delete or anonymize it.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards — including our booking platform’s built-in security — to protect your information. No method is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Contact us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
