Rules & Regulations
Footwear
- To protect our turf, please wear indoor athletic shoes only. No cleats or studded footwear.
- Players without the proper shoes will be asked to rent or purchase a pair from our pro shop to be able to play.
- Please change into your playing shoes inside the facility to keep our lanes clean and damage-free.
Lane Rentals
- Lane rentals have a 1-hour minimum.
- Each lane accommodates a maximum of 8 players. Extra players will be charged $10 each.
- All players must sign a waiver upon arrival at the front desk.
- Batsmen must wear a helmet at all times during play.
- Please ensure your session ends promptly at the scheduled time.
- After your session, please collect all balls from the bowling machine.
- Report any damage to equipment or the facility to staff immediately.
Cancellations
- You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.
- To cancel or reschedule, please call us or make the changes online.
- We do not offer refunds for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
Food & Drinks
- Only sealed water bottles are allowed on the playing area. No other food or drinks are permitted.
- This is a smoke-free facility. Smoking, vaping, chewing gum, and tobacco are strictly prohibited.
- Alcohol and illegal substances are not permitted on the premises.
Conduct
- Respectful and sportsmanlike conduct is mandatory.
- Harassment or any form of disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the facility.
