Rules & Regulations

Footwear
  • Only indoor sports shoes are permitted; cleats or shoes with studs are prohibited.
  • Failure to comply may result in being unable to play unless appropriate footwear is rented or purchased.
  • Please bring your footwear and change inside the club to avoid bringing in debris that could damage the lanes.
  • Each lane must be rented for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • A maximum of 8 players is allowed per lane. Any additional players will incur a charge of $10 per person.
  • All players are required to sign a waiver form at the front desk upon arrival.
  • Helmets are mandatory for batsmen during play.
  • Sessions must end on time.
  • Players are responsible for gathering bowling machine balls after their session.
  • Any damage to equipment or the facility must be reported immediately.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance as per our policy.
  • Please contact us by phone to reschedule or cancel online within this time frame.
  • No refunds will be given for late cancellations or no-shows.
  • Only closed bottled drinks are permitted on the playing area; other food and canned beverages are not allowed.
  • Smoking, vaping, and chewing gum or tobacco are prohibited inside the facility.
  • The consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly forbidden.
  • Harassment or unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Sportsmanship and respect toward others are required at all times.
  • Agility Sports reserves the right to modify bookings at its discretion.
  • Management may deny entry or terminate sessions for non-compliance with rules.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • Players must ensure the facility and equipment are maintained; any damage must be reported to management immediately.
