Rules & Regulations
Footwear
- Only non-marking Badminton shoes are permitted. The outer sole must explicitly state ‘non-marking.’
- Failure to comply may result in being unable to play unless appropriate footwear is rented or purchased.
- Please bring your Badminton shoes and change outside the club to avoid bringing in debris that could harm the courts.
Court Rentals
- The minimum court rental time is 1 hour, with extensions available if the court is free.
- A maximum of 6 players is allowed per court. Any additional players will be charged the drop-in rate of $10 + HST.
- All players are required to sign a waiver upon arrival at the front desk.
- Sessions must end promptly at the scheduled time.
- Any damage to equipment or the premises must be reported immediately.
Drop-ins
- Each drop-in session lasts 2 hours.
- A minimum of 6 players per court is required for a drop-in session. If fewer than 5 players register, the session will be canceled.
- Agility Sports reserves the right to cancel or reschedule drop-in sessions at its discretion.
Cancellations
- Court cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Please notify us by phone if you need to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe.
- Cancellations made without sufficient notice, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.
Food & Drinks
- Only bottled drinks with a secure lid are permitted on the court; food and canned beverages are not allowed.
- Smoking, vaping, chewing tobacco, and gum are prohibited inside the facility.
- The consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly forbidden.
Conduct
- Harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
- Players are expected to maintain good sportsmanship and treat others with respect at all times.
